Handle latch is for replacement on Coleman Steel Belted Coolers manufactured after 1999.
For use on the following Coleman 54 Qt Steel Belted Cooler Model numbers: (6155-707, 6155B707, 6154-703, 6154-720, and 6154B703).
NOT for use on steel belted coolers made before 2000.
In combination with Coleman Cam Latch part # 5010005238 (sold separately), it acts as a lock to keep the lid closed. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to attach this part. The black color of this part can be found under Latch Assembly part # 5010005236.
