The Everpure Activated Carbon Water Filter Cartridge helps reduce waterborne contaminants, such as asbestos fibers, Cryptosporidium and Giardia cysts, but does not remove fluoride. Also known as part number EV960112, the Everpure Activated Carbon Filter Replacement is designed with Precoat Submicron Technology that reduces dirt and other particles as small as 0.5 microns. This Everpure AC Water Filter Cartridge has an operating temperature range from 35 degrees Fahrenheit to 100 degrees Fahrenheit (2 degrees to 38 degrees Celsius). The unique fiber blend reduces chlorine taste and unpleasant odors through its use of activated carbon.
