The Hydronix 20″ String Wound Water Filter 20-Pack reduces particles as small as 10 microns. This water cartridge is an economical equivalent of the Liquatec SWF-25-2010 Sediment Filter. The Hydronix string wound filter, also known as PP Filter is constructed with 100% polypropylene fiber cord. By effectively reducing waterborne contaminants like sand, scale, dirt, silt and sediment, this filter is ideal for using in residential and commercial applications.
The Hydronix string wound filter fits standard 20″ water filter housings requiring a 20″ media. Different wound patterns based on various micron ratings will ensure that you are getting the right filter for your specific application. Do not use water that is of unknown quality or is microbiologically unsafe. This filter can be used with municipal or well water.
