Both board and symbols are made of plastic, making them incredibly durable and hard wearing.
The board is A4 size – which is a good size for both wall and desk display for easy access and reference. The symbols themselves are 4.5cm square, easy to see and handle.
Contains three icons by traffic light system (red, amber, green). This is an easy to understand system that helps the person see at a glance how their behaviour is at all times.
Uses the same icons as the Boardmaker software which are images most schools and institutions trust. This means that people are likely already familiar with the symbols used, which can be extremely important when using the product. Images are Mayer Johnson images by Dynavox Mayer-Johnson, and are used with permission.
