Classic Pu Erh tea, fine broken leaves and stems. Very good for creating your own blends with herbs, fruit and other additives such as lemon, orange, pineapple or honey. You can create your own favourite flavour.
Pu-Erh red tea is a very valuable source of vitamins and minerals and at the same time has a unique and exceptional taste.
Pu Erh is characterised by a specific earthy-spicy, sometimes even slightly cellar-like aroma and taste. Although surprising, it is not imposing in its aroma.
The tea leaves are picked and twisted, left to mature in this way, at which point a process of microbial fermentation takes place – prolonged exposure of the leaves to micronutrients. The result of this process is a dark tea with an earthy flavour that takes some getting used to.
